A Binance co-founder's tweet accidentally created a $425 million memecoin. This is how it happened.

He Yi, co-founder of Binance, responded to a tweet. The BNB community tokenized the moment. The OKX founder and the Base founder got involved in spreading it. Nobody planned it. Nobody founded it. The community just decided this was happening. 币安人生 (Binance Life) is now ranked number 81 on CoinMarketCap with a $425 million market cap. It hit $0.89 in June 2026. It is now at $0.42. No team. No roadmap. No utility. Just a viral moment that a community decided had value. Is this the future of memecoins or just the most elaborate inside joke in BNB Chain history?

The involvement of the OKX and Base founders is what separates this from a typical anonymous BNB Chain rug. When recognizable people in the industry are publicly associated with a token early, there is at least some accountability that pure anonymous launches do not have.

The all-time low was $0.0001044. The all-time high was $0.8968. That is a 400,000 percent move. Whether you call it a memecoin or a lottery ticket, the math is real for people who bought early.
